The present application has been filed to grant leave for joinder of cause of action in the present suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Considering the fact that the cause of action to the suit relates to the larger extent of the suit A-Schedule property and that the relief sought for against the first and second defendants arise out of an encroachment of the suit B-Schedule property which forms part of the larger extent of the A-Schedule property as against the first defendant and as against the second defendant in respect of C-Schedule property.
