When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would submit that the entire suit amount decreed in favour of the plaintiff has been fully paid by the respondent and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw this Second Appeal.
2. Recording the said oral submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
