Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to return all the original certificates collected from the petitioner and refund the fees paid to the first respondent in a sum of Rs.5,54,370/- towards the tuition fees and a further sum of Rs.73,000/- towards the hostel fees.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to return all the original certificates collected from the petitioner and refund Rs.5,54,370/- towards tuition fees and Rs.73,000/- towards hostel fees paid by him. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that the parties have already approached the competent Civil Court with regard to the issue involved herein and the certificates have already been handed over to the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the parties to raise any other claims before the Civil Court concerned. No costs.
