J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits before this Court that subsequent to the passing of the impugned order in I.A.No.54 of 2016 in O.S.No.51 of 2016 by the trial Court, the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2016 has been finally disposed of by a judgment and decree dated 07.08.2018, by which the suit filed by the appellant was dismissed. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that thereafter, the appellant has also preferred a regular first appeal as against the judgment and decree in O.S.No.51 of 2016. Since the suit itself has been dismissed, challenge to the impugned order passed in I.A.No.54 of 2016 in O.S.No.51 of 2016 has now become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
