C.M.P.No.19738 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.60144 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and C.KUMARAPPAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order in W.P.No.6911 of 2009 dated 29.01.2024.

2.Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
