This Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner herein has purchased a property in S.No.195/71 in Kannangkurichi Village, Salem Taluk, Salem District on 20.04.2009 and patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 09.11.2011 for the above said property. Meanwhile, a suit in O.S.No.593 of 2012 was filed before the District Munsif Court, Salem challenging the sale deed dated 25.09.1998 and a police complaint was also lodged by the petitioner against one Sakunthala. While so, the third respondent has granted patta in favour of one Santhi on 09.05.2019 suppressing the facts and producing false documents. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation on 07.08.2019 placing all the records before the first respondent and sought for enquiry and suitable action against the Zonal Tahsildar, who has falsely issued patta in favour of Santhi.

Inspite of the representation to respondents 1 and 2, the respondents have not taken any steps to look into the grave allegation of fraud, misrepresentation and falsification of records. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the first respondent to enquire the representation given by the petitioner on 07.8.2019 and pass suitable orders.

4.After notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner on 07.08.2019, the parties are summoned to appear on 19.11.2019. After notice to the parties the first respondent has stated that suitable order will be passed.

5.In the light of the above fact, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to complete the enquiry initiated by him on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2019, within a period of two months from today. No costs.
