Respondents Prayer :-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to depute a Surveyor of his Office to measure the property (land) to the extent of 4.02 Acres in Survey Nos.421/1B, 422, 424/1A, 424/1B, 424/1C and 424/1D of Perunkozhi Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kanchipuram District and to lay boundary stones by disposing of petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent within a stipulated period .

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to depute a Surveyor of his Office to measure the property (land) to the extent of 4.02 Acres in Survey Nos.421/1B, 422, 424/1A, 424/1B, 424/1C and 424/1D of Perunkozhi Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kanchipuram District and to lay boundary stones by disposing of petitioner's representation dated 02.10.2015 .

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court the proceedings of the first respondent dated 28.04.2016 and submitted that by the said proceedings, the petitioner was directed to pay the additional cost of Rs.80/- towards surveying the land in S.Nos.421,422/1, 424/1A, 1B, 1C and 1D at Uthiramerur Taluk and further submitted that as and when the petitioner pays the amount, the authority concerned, will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
