2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the festival itself was over. The stand taken by the respondent has already been recorded in the earlier order dated 02.02.2024. Hence, nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3. If the petitioner has any grievance regarding conferring of first honours to anyone in the festival that is conducted in future, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
