ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to forthwith secure and preserve the CCTV footage from the 4th respondents residence, specifically from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM on 28th day of June 2025.

2. On perusal of the records and also the submissions made by both sides reveals that CCTV footage can be preserved for only thirty days, after which it is automatically deleted. Therefore, the representations submitted by the petitioner seeking the production of CCTV footage cannot be considered.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 09-06-2026 SMA
