It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the respondents are evading to receive notice and hence she filed this application to order substituted service by affixture on CNB & LKR and by paper publication.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the applicants, I feel it is appropriate to allow the application by permitting the applicants to effect substituted service as prayed.

3. Accordingly this application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to take substituted service by affixture on CNB & LKR and also by effecting paper publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Makkal Kural" by indicating the next date of hearing as 29.09.2023.
