Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, states that pursuant to the communication received from the Police Inspector, Central Crime Branch - 1, Bank Fraud Wing Prevention Division addressed to Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, vide letter dated 05.09.2019, the Sub Registrar, has been instructed not to register any document pertaining to the subject property which is mortgaged with the petitioner/Axis Bank Ltd., by deposit of title deed.
3. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Since the prayer in the Writ Petition is complied. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
