2. This Court, by order dated 08.09.2025, granted 10 days' ordinary leave from 12.09.2025 to 22.09.2025 to the petitioner's wife/convict with minimum escort guarded by Lady Police and directed the convict to return back to the prison on or before 5.00 p.m on 22.09.2025.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed.
