This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.No.26518 of 2012, which has been dismissed for default by an order of this Court dated 18.07.2022.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 43 days is allowed and the delay of 43 days is condoned.

Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
