ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct inquiry/investigation on the basis of petitioner's 2/5

complaint dated 29.01.2025 against the Sub-Registrar, Kandamangalam and other accused persons i.e., respondent Nos.6 to 9.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the 5th respondent police have just summoned the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 05.08.2025.

3. In view of the above, the 5th respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. 31.07.2025 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ksa-2 Note: Issue Order copy on 04.08.2025.
