The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 307 of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused entered into a hotel of the defacto complainant and created ruckus with him over the payment for the food. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and that he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no case has been registered as against the petitioner herein.

5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as no case has been registered as against the petitioner.
