Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent, quash the order passed by the first respondent in I.D.No.131 of 2010 dated 27.2.2015 and to pass further orders. O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the wit petitioner, made a submission that the writ petitioner is ready to accept the settlement made by the Management on par with the other workmen in terms of the Award passed.

2. The learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the second respondent-Management, has no objection for settling the said Award amount to the writ petitioner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Award.

3. In view of the fact that the parties have agreed to settle the matter and the second respondent-Management will pay the settlement amount to the workman and the workman also accepted to receive the same, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the issues raised in this writ petition. However, the second respondent-Management is directed to settle the Award amount, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent-Management, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
