ORDER

This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 12.03.2021 passed in W.A. Nos.4234 and 4241 of 2019.

In paragraph 5 of the aforesaid order, this Court had ordered that the relevant document should be executed by the first respondent herein and made over to the petitioner herein.

Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the parties that sale deed has been registered.
