ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sankari in Para No.(i) and amend the confined prison as Central Prison, Coimbatore instead of Central Prison, Salem, in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.11062 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1003 of 2024 by order dated 17.07.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertance, the satisfaction Court has been wrongly typed as Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Sankari instead of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur and the confined Prison has been wrongly typed as Central Prison, Salem instead of Central Prison, Coimbatore in the cause title of Crl.M.P.No.11062 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1003 of 2024 and the same has been carried out in this Court's order dated 17.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11062 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1003 of 2024. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title of Crl.M.P.No.11062 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1003 of 2024, as well as in the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11062 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1003 of 2024.
