Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for all the records pertaining to the order of rejection State Bank of India Second service pension order dated 04.02.2017 in proceedings No. LHO/CHE/PPG/857 dated 04.02.2017 on the file of 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to sanction State Bank of India service pension from the date of retirement 31.01.1989 with all arrears and other benefits. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, this Court has granted permission to withdraw the same.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition, challenging the order/Letter No.112 dated 18.08.2016. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
