This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the order in Crl.MP.No.407 of 2016 in MC.No.14 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition has been filed against the execution petition filed by the respondents before the trail Court. Further, the learned counsel fairly submitted that the petitioner seeks permission to file a protest petition before the trial Court and seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner to work out his remedy before the court below. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
