Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First and Third Respondents to direct the Fourth Respondent to deduct the loan dues owed by the employees of the Fourth Respondent to the Petitioner Society from their salary and transfer them to the Petitioner Society as per Section 60 of the Multi-State Co-operative Society Act, 2002, and as per the authorization granted by the employees of the Fourth Respondent for such deduction and transfer to the Petitioner Society.

Heard Mr. E.Manoharan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. A.Kumaraguru, Learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. N.G.R.Prasad, Learned Counsel for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Third Respondents to direct the Fourth Respondent to deduct the loan dues owed by the employees of the Fourth Respondent to the Society of the Petitioner from their salary and transfer them to the Society of the Petitioner as per Section 60 of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, and as per the authorization granted by the employees of the Fourth Respondent for such deduction and transfer to the Society of the Petitioner. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition has been granted by the Respondents and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 3/5
