ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to exhume the body of the deceased Sundararajan the husband of the petitioner and conduct the autopsy in Crime No.589/2017 on the file of the 8th Respondent to meet the end of justice. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi as further action dropped. 3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
