The petitioner herein, alleging that the 2nd respondent is harassing him on the complaint given by Loganathan, is before this Court stating that it was money transaction between him and his wife Sujatha. In order 1/4
to recover the money with exorbitant interest, the said Loganathan has given a complaint to the police. Under the guise of investigating the complaint, the respondent police is harassing him. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint received from Loganathan registered in C.S.R.No.599 of 2024. After enquiry it was closed on the assurance that the petitioner will return the money in the course. As on date, no case or complaint is pending. 3.
Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of holding that there is no material to show that the respondent police harassing the petitioner herein. Further, the complaint given by Loganathan has already been closed.
