ORDER
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a counter affidavit setting forth the payment of arrears of wages, pension and differential sum of other terminal benefits by way of implementing the order passed in the Writ Petition.
2.Recording the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
