ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for violation of the order of this Court dated 15.12.2022 made in W.P.No.15106 of 2010. 2.By the said order, this Court, while considering the writ petition, directed the writ petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents and further directed the respondents to consider the said representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a time limit. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have considered the representation of the writ petitioner dated 11.03.2023 and passed an order
dated 18.10.2024 and the copy of the same is also produced before this Court while serving the copy on the counsel for the petitioner. This Court, after having perused the order passed in the main writ petition and the order of the respondents dated 18.10.2024 is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order dated 15.12.2022 in W.P.No.15106 of 2010 though belatedly, but such delay is not deliberate.
Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to continue the contempt petition further. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner has aggrieved by the order dated 18.10.2024, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Index : Yes/No 21.10.2024 Internet : Yes/No sms
