This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6 (b) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 05.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15806 of 2024, viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., for the period of three months.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
