3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the first petitioner, preliminary enquiry has been conducted and an F.I.R in Cr.No.31 of 2019 has been registered on 01.11.2019 and hence this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
