This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.16393 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of the order passed by the 4th respondent/Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.1439/2024/A1 dated 06.11.2024 wherein, it is clearly stated that the patta is in favour of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court is of the view that no contempt would arise.
