The Original Application No.7130 of 2000 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order passed by the IInd respondent in B1/4611/97 39/R/34/2000 dated 25.8.2000 and quash the same and direct the respondents to prescribe ratio for the departmental candidates and also relax the age rules and permit the petitioner to participate in the selection for the post of Sub-Inspector of police (Technical). The same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.45171 of 2006.
