This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 204 days in representing the A.S.No.525 of 2019 to restore the fist appeal dismissed on 22.01.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned.

Accordingly, the C.M.P.No.17964 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for.
