ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Read this order in conjunction with and in continuation of order dated 12.12.2024 that reads as follows:

Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that there has been substantial compliance of the directions given by order dated 11.11.2024. The respondents, namely, Mr.T.Sampath, Chief Educational Officer and Mr.C.Bellraj, District Educational Officer are present before this Court. However, there has not been full compliance insofar as the requisite number has not been assigned by the data centre. This ought to have been done prior to today as the matter has been listed as a final opportunity. Hence, token cost of an amount of Rs.1000/- is imposed on the State payable to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority prior to the next date of hearing.
