Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner's case is that she is carrying on business in the name and style of 'Riya Health and SPA' at No.59/93, Lakshmi Tower, 3rd Floor, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024 for the past two and a half years with qualified and trained therapists. The petitioner has obtained valid license for running the said centre. The respondent officials are interfering with the business of the petitioner and they are threatening the petitioner to close the business of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

The learned Special Government Pleader has filed a report on behalf of the fourth respondent stating that on a complaint given by one Jothi Priya @ Noothi Priya, a case has been registered as against the petitioner and charge sheet has also been filed by the fourth respondent and the case is pending in C.C.No.5682 of 2016 before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.
4. In such view of the matter, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
