This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to pass orders for declaration of probation of the petitioner in the post of Deputy Commercial Tax Officer forthwith, on availing rank number from 4th respondent TNPSC based on merits in the selection and application of rule of reservation, with consequential benefits for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the panel 2/4
for promotions to the post of Commercial Tax Officer for the year 2015 based on seniority, within a time frame to be fixed by the High Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the cause did not exist as of now and the grievances of the petitioner are redressed and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
