On 06.08.2024 a complaint petition received by the respondent police from one Jaya Bharathi, the petitioner has been called for an 1/3

enquiry. This petitioner and her son had attended the enquiry, the respondent police has closed the complaint, since the complaint petition was closed on the undertaking given by the petitioner that she will repay the money within a period of three months.

2. In the light of the above fact, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass, since the complaint against the petitioner itself been closed after enquiring the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
