ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sent a complaint dated 10.11.2021, seeking police protection. Thereafter, no police protection has been granted. Hence, the present petition filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No. 773 of 2021 was given on 19.12.2021, subsequently, enquiry was also conducted and closed on 25.12.2021.

4. Recording the same, the criminal original petition stands closed.
