This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 10.01.2017 made in I.A.No.1184 of 2016 in O.S.No.150 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ulundurpet. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself was dismissed on 07.03.2019 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
