Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records of the first respondent relating to its resolution No.244/2015 dated 28.09.2015 and quash the same along with its referring of proceedings before the third respondent in DCC No.44 of 2015 (BCI Tr Case No.70 of 2017) as illegal.

[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court that she wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle. Accordingly, this Court granted permission to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

2. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
