Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide Na.Ka.A3/17193/2011 dated 13.1.2016 and quash the same and directing the 1st respondent to provide suitable appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground in the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.4323/2013 dated 15.4.2013.
