[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared before this Court via video conferencing, submitted that the alleged detenu Srivithya, aged about 16 years, was secured on 22.12.2021 and handed over to the petitioner and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this habeas corpus petition.
