Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2019 has been closed, on the basis of the statement given by the complainant. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
