COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.22455, 22458, 22462, 22475, 22481, 22491 & 22497 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice, on the application submitted by the petitioners to survey their respective lands, to the petitioners and the adjacent land owners to the subject lands and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders to survey the subject lands on payment of requisite fees, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted compliance report stating that as directed by this Court, the respondent issue notice dated 21.11.2022 for the enquiry to be conducted on 24.11.2022. Accordingly, on 24.11.2022, enquiry was conducted and passed orders on 07.12.2022. During the enquiry, it is found that the subject property belong to Agastheeswara Swamy Devasthanam. Hence, she prayed for dismissal of all the contempt petition.
