(2) of Cr.P.C along with advance herein petition on merits in accordance with settled preposition of law made in 2007 (2) MLJ Crl 1668 in C.C.No.125 of 2016 pending on the file of the Fast Track Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, on the same day. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained at this point time. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
