The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 31.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18203 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
