This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7184 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28687 of 2023, dated 29.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side and taking into consideration of the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
