Respondents Prayer : Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge at Karaikkal, Puducherry to dispose the petition in G.O.P.No.3 of 2019 filed under Section 7, 10 and 29 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the G.O.P.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge at Karaikkal, Puducherry

2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the

learned District and Sessions Judge at Karaikkal, Puducherry. The learned Judge V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.

KST has sent a report stating that in view of the death of the objector / proposed respondent, application for setting aside the abatement and impleading of legal representatives were filed and the same were allowed. The petition is now pending for filing of amended plaint copy.

3. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Karaikkal, Puducherry to dispose of G.O.P.No.3 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date on which the amended plaint copy is filed. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
