O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to deposit the enhanced compensation in respect of S.No.289/6 measuring 0.73.0 hec and S.No.289/7 measuring 0.65.0 hec and balance compensation with regard to S.No.289/5 measuring 0.59.0 hec along with statutory benefits till date of such deposit to the credit of LAOP. No. 8 of 2003 on the file of Additional District Court No.1 at Tiruvallur by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2019. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent, on instructions, submits that the entire amount of enhanced compensation of Rs.36,84,100/- has been remitted on 17.02.2020 in the Reference Court, i.e., Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur and proof for the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. It is open to the Petitioner to work out his remedies for withdrawing that amount from the Reference Court in accordance with law. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
