When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that subsequent to the filing of this petition, the petitioners faced the trial in C.C. No. 371 of 2014 and were acquitted. He produced a copy of the Judgment dated 23.08.2022 in the said case.

2.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
