IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- As against the order passed under Section 319 Cr.P.C, the petitioner had filed a Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.No.1500 of 2017. This Court by an order dated 29.11.2017 had found that the petitioner has made out a prima facie case and granted an order of interim stay. Since the proceedings itself has been stayed, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.
