This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 306 days in representation the above criminal revision against the Judgement dated 31.10.2022 passed in C.A.No.54 of 2019 by the learned Additional District Judge, Mayiladuthurai, confirming the conviction of the order dated 11.01.2019 in STC.No.2141 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 306 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
