Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 04.09.2019 and effect electricity service connection for consumer No.030220052816, phase-3 Meter No.8096718 in his premises at Survey No.319/4, Part situate in Sangawar Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District. 2.

According to the Petitioner, he is the absolute and lawful owner of the property measuring an extent of 1320 sq. ft. comprised in Survey No.319/4 part, situated in Sangawar Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District and he developed the same into a Car garage to cater to the automobile/mechanic needs of the locality. On 04.09.2019, he applied to the 1st Respondent to provide electricity service connection to his property. As no action was taken on his representation, the Petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into its merits, this Court directs the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2019 seeking electricity service connection to his property, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
